Are these products really tested by your pets?
Yes โ genuinely! We have 18 dogs and 3 cats at home, and every product we recommend has been used by at least one of them before it ever appears on our site. If our pack doesn’t approve, we don’t post about it.
Do you sell these products directly?
No โ Pawsitive21 is a content and recommendation platform. We test products with our pets, film honest reviews, and link you to where you can buy them on TikTok Shop. We don’t hold inventory, process payments, or ship anything ourselves.
Why do I need to go to TikTok to buy something?
Because that’s where the actual purchase happens. When you tap “Shop on TikTok” on our site, you’ll be taken to our video review โ from there, you can check out directly inside the TikTok app, the same way you’d shop with any other TikTok Shop seller.
๐ Buying Through TikTok
Is it safe to buy through your TikTok link?
Yes. Your purchase and payment are handled entirely by TikTok Shop, which has its own buyer protection in place. We never see or handle your payment information โ we simply point you to the product.
Will the price be different if I buy through your link?
No. The price is exactly the same as buying directly on TikTok Shop. We may earn a small commission for the recommendation, but this is paid by TikTok โ it never adds anything to what you pay.
What payment methods can I use on TikTok Shop?
TikTok Shop supports GCash, credit/debit cards, and other methods depending on the seller. You’ll see the available options at checkout once you’re on TikTok.
I don't have TikTok. Can I still buy the product?
Currently, our recommended products are only available through TikTok Shop. If you don’t have the app, you can download it for free just to complete your purchase โ you don’t need to follow or post anything to check out.

Who handles shipping?
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once you’ve completed your purchase on TikTok Shop, you can track your order directly within the TikTok app under Profile โ Orders.
Do these products ship within the Philippines?
We only recommend products from sellers that ship within the Philippines. Always double-check the delivery details on the TikTok Shop product page before completing your purchase.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Can Pawsitive21 process my refund?
We’re not able to โ since we don’t process payments or hold your order, refunds must go through TikTok Shop and the seller directly. We’re happy to point you in the right direction if you’re not sure how.
